Use of the stage area at the far end of the hall is included with hire of the main Hall (but not with hire of the downstairs small room.) The stage is about 35 square metres in size and is roughly square, having good depth which makes it ideal for musical and dramatic performances. There are curtains across the front of the stage and a second set at about halfway back, which can be used to reduce the depth of the space. The stage is accessed via sets of stairs at either side. Alternatively, there is a set of removable steps that can be used to provide access direct from the mail hall floor.
